Agile moving upmarket to enterprise gives Apple enough cover to make something focused on the needs of the consumer. They have taken baby steps but all it needs is a better UI to feel more complete. I still think Apple is going to Sherlock them. Unfortunately they are heading in a direction where having an alternate option might be prudent for us. First, find the site on 2fa.directory and follow the instructions to turn on two-factor authentication for the site. There is no separate 1Password Brave extension, but you can add the 1Password Chrome extension to Brave. You can use 1Password as an authenticator for a site that supports two-factor authentication. Helpful links for you: Upgrade to 1Password 7 for Mac. Open Brave and go to the 1Password Chrome extension page. If youd like to use 1Password in Safari youll need to upgrade to 1Password 7. They have shifted their focus to the enterprise and are now established on the "infinite growth" ladder with the VC funding they have taken. The traditional 1Password extension for Safari can no longer be downloaded due to a change on Apples end (as randybruder mentioned). People just have issues with the way that Agile handled the transition from 7 to 8. That being said, password managers have to deal with enough BS outside of security (tracking three major browsers is probably a huge pain) that a subscription makes a bit of sense.
